💚Signs You’re Ready for Self-Leadership💛

Before Freedom Rising, there was Creative Rebellion. That chapter of my journey was about breaking free — shaking off the rules, rejecting the old structures, and saying “No more” to a life that didn’t fit my soul.

But what comes after a rebellion?

An uprising.

And that’s where Freedom Rising was born — from the decision to not just resist the old, but to rise into the new. To not just tear down the system, but to build something sacred, sovereign, and soul-aligned. That shift came when I fully leaned into self-leadership. Self-leadership means knowing your truth. Speaking it. Honouring it. And walking your own path — even when others don’t understand it. Even when it scares you. Even when it means you have to let go of comfort in order to claim your freedom.

Self-leadership is the deepest form of self-love.

It’s the moment you stop waiting for someone else to tell you what’s best.

And you remember: You’ve always known. You’ve always had the answers. They were just buried under conditioning, people-pleasing, and fear.

For me, the biggest key to unlocking self-leadership was the commitment to Know Thyself.

That meant exploring:

My story and the events that shaped me
My astrology and what I came here to embody
My human design and the mechanics of how I move through life
My gene keys, enneagram, and energetic blueprint

All of this helped me remember who I really am beneath the noise. And from that place… I could finally lead myself. So if you’re wondering if you’re ready for self-leadership, here are a few signs:

You’re tired of waiting for someone to tell you what to do. You feel a nudge to walk your own path, even if it doesn’t make sense yet. You’re ready to trust your inner voice, even when it goes against the grain. You want more freedom — real, embodied, soul-rooted freedom. You know there’s more for you… and you’re ready to claim it

This is what self-leadership looks like: Not perfection. Not control.

But presence, alignment, and a deep trust in your own becoming.

You are not here to follow.

You are here to rise.

To me, soul loss feels like being disconnected from your light. From your truth. From your grace. From your inner knowing and from Spirit.

It’s a sense that something is missing—but you can’t quite put your finger on what. You might feel scattered, numb, emotional, anxious, dysregulated.

You might move through life as if behind a veil, a little further away from your joy, your power, your wholeness than you’d like to be.

Soul loss is often caused by trauma, heartbreak, grief, or any experience that shocked the system and caused a part of you to break away in order to survive.

And yet—your soul is always calling you back home.

When we call those soul parts back—into the seat of the soul, the heart—we begin to feel that deep, sacred homecoming.

We return to ourselves.

We return to presence.

We return to love.

You can begin to call back your own soul parts gently with guided meditations, with heartfelt intention, or by asking your guides to support you in remembering your wholeness.

Blending Creativity and Spirituality — The Muse Has Spoken

For the past few years, I’ve felt a calling — one that comes and goes in waves but always anchors me back into my truth.

I’ve held creative workshops sporadically over the years, but recently that inner nudge has become louder, clearer: ✨ It’s time.

Time to return to the spaces where creativity and spirituality blend. Where art becomes prayer. Where expression becomes healing. Where your soul speaks through colour, texture, sound, and movement.

Because creativity isn’t just for the artists. It’s for all of us. It’s for releasing emotion, transmuting energy, finding clarity, getting out of our heads and into our hearts. It’s for remembering that we are divine creators, always connected to something greater.

I’m opening up a new space — a small, sacred weekly session to create intuitively together.

A weekday daytime group. 2 hours. Held in my home in South Wales (for now).

If the interest is strong, this may grow into a community circle in a local hall — but for now, I want to keep it cosy, intimate, and heart-led.
