Today I’m speaking openly about a pattern that’s unfolded quietly in my life this last few weeks that I realise has actually been a theme for years.

The slow, insidious manipulation that seeps in when you’re kind, empathic, and deeply open-hearted.

This isn’t about blame or naming names. It’s about truth. About seeing clearly. About finally recognising when something that looks “spiritual” or “supportive” has actually been draining your life force, eroding your confidence, and keeping you small.

In this episode, I share my story, how I came to see the difference between holding space and being controlled, between genuine connection and energetic manipulation, between compassion and compliance.
