We were never meant to fit into a box. We came here to be free. To rise. To fully embody our soul’s essence and reclaim the power that has always been ours.
For too long, we have been shaped by expectations, told who to be, how to act, and what is ‘acceptable’. But true liberation comes when we unlearn the conditioning and return to our own inner knowing.
Freedom isn’t just a dream, it’s a practice. A way of being. A reclamation of our voice, our power, our truth.
Why Freedom Rising?
Life is a journey. It is an ever changing, ever flowing movement. Sometimes forwards, sometimes backwards, sometimes up, sometimes down, but always moving.
To me the concept of feeling free in my life is the only constant desire I find tickling my awareness always. A deep desire to be autonomous. To have a say about how I live my life, and how I get to experience it.
The world is full of control and limitations, and I understand the need for certain criteria to stop life descending into madness…. but isn't it anyway? Aren't we just at the mercy of our devices, the internet, the news, our limiting thoughts and beliefs?
Yes…. we absolutely can be. So why not reclaim our freedom whenever and wherever we can?
Choose to think differently when we are activated or triggered. Choose to ignore and walk away from people, places and situations that don’t serve us. Work on detoxing ourselves from the addiction to digital consumption and noise. Decide that we actually know what is best for us and let go of others expectations and desires of us.
There are so many ways we can choose our own freedom and this space is here to document and record my journey with Knowing myself and Choosing myself. And with each new level of awareness I become even more free from everything I thought I was, and free to be who I was always meant to be.

We do not have to live the lives that are sold to us. We can CHOOSE the life we want to live. We are the creators of our own lives and as Matt Haig said in his amazing book, The Midnight Library “the only way to learn, is to live”.
For a long time I felt my value and worth was based on how much I gave to others. That putting others first was the only way I would be “good enough” and feel deserving of existing.
After many dark nights of the soul and initiations, I have discovered that I (like everyone else) is inherently worthy and deserving. So this website, this space, this slice of the internet is now (currently) more of a journal than a website.
I am not here to sell to you, but I do have things you can purchase and invest in.
I am not here to teach you, but you can still learn things.
I am not here to hold you, but you may still feel held.
I am here to show up as me. Jenny. The creative Rebel, Freedom Seeker, Knowing Thyself through inner enquiries and deep transformational work.
As I share my voice, I am open to it being heard by others. I am open to helping and inspiring others, but I do not have all the answers. I do not have a road map to tell you which way is up and which way is down for you.
As I share my experiences and journey to choosing my own freedom, I hope this will inspire you to discover your own steps towards creating a life free from the grind. A life open to creative solutions and outside the box thinking. A life Free to be YOU!
To be free in your mind, body and soul is to be free from being manipulated, controlled, and used. We are not pawns to be moved around, we are the Kings and Queens of our own lives and it's time we started playing by our own rules!
