For as long as I can remember, I have felt an innate connection to the unseen realms—to the whispers of the earth, the wisdom of spirit, and the energy that flows through all things. This journey of remembering has unfolded over decades, from my earliest years sensing the energies around me to a deep and intentional study of shamanic and energy healing practices.
Over the last five years, I have immersed myself in personal and spiritual development, learning to refine my intuitive gifts and hone my ability to facilitate deep, transformational healing for others. Through both my own reclamation work and extensive training, I have now stepped fully into my path as a Shamanic Practitioner & Energy Healer, weaving together the powerful practices of Shamanic Healing and Reiki Energy Healing to offer a holistic and deeply intuitive experience.
The Way of the Hollow Bone
At the core of my practice is the sacred principle of becoming the Hollow Bone—a vessel for healing that is clear, humble, and unattached to ego. This concept, rooted in ancient shamanic traditions, reminds us that true healing is not about the healer, but about being an open channel through which Spirit, energy, and wisdom can flow.
To uphold this integrity, I remain deeply committed to my own inner work—shadow integration, personal healing, and continual learning. Just as I guide others through their soul reclamation, I walk this path myself, ensuring that I show up as the clear channel needed for the sacred work of healing, soul and power retrieval, and energetic restoration.
What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic Healing is an ancient, multi-dimensional practice that works on the spiritual, emotional, energetic, and physical levels to restore balance, remove blocks, and bring lost or fragmented parts of the soul back home. This practice connects with spirit guides, ancestors, and the unseen realms to facilitate deep transformation.
Using a combination of Shamanic techniques and Reiki energy healing, I work intuitively to support your unique healing journey, offering:

What to Expect in a Session
Each session begins with a conversation to understand what you are seeking support with. Whether you feel energetically heavy, emotionally blocked, or spiritually disconnected, we tune into the unseen layers of your being to uncover what is needed for your healing.
During the session, I work with drumming, sound, breath, and energetic techniques to facilitate shifts in your field. Some clients feel sensations of heat, tingling, or waves of energy, while others experience visions, emotional release, or deep peace. Every experience is unique, and the healing continues unfolding in the days and weeks that follow.
After the session, I provide guidance and insights, offering practices to help you integrate the healing into your daily life.

I offer distant healing and in person healing from New Inn, Pontypool, let me know below which would work best for you and I will be in touch.
The sessions are £30 each and a 50% deposit is required upfront at time of booking to confirm your appointment. Bookings are non refundable but are transferable once within 24 hours notice.
