I was terrified of Whales growing up and during some inner reflection I realised it was the sheer size of them that frightened me. I realised this was relevant to me too. I used to be so afraid of my vastness, of my energy and power, the bigness of my emotions and feelings.
This image to me reminds me that its safe to let the tears overflow. Its safe to let it all in. It feels scary and like you may be totally consumed, but the magic of the Whale is there singing it’s song, luring you into the depths and together you can swim and sing and come back home to your own power, vastness, energy and heart.
