The throat chakra is the centre of expression. It holds your boundaries, your creative spark, your ability to stand in your knowing. And when it’s blocked? You feel it. In the tight jaw. The scratchy throat. The unsent message. The quiet “swallow it down.”
But your truth was never meant to be hidden.
Your voice is a channel — for healing, connection, and rising in love. As you breathe today, imagine your voice flowing like the water — clear, vibrant, alive.
Let every kind word you speak ripple out into the world.
Let every truth you share land softly in your cells.

A Channeled Message from the Element of Air
Since the Solstice, I’ve felt a subtle but unmistakable shift.
The days are still long. The nights still warm and golden.
But the winds of change are here.
You can see it in the rustle of the leaves, the dance of the treetops.
I felt it moving through me as I stood in the stone circle at Coed Hills, spinning and swaying with the rhythm of the silent disco — a whisper of new direction carried on the breeze.
Air is the unseen mover.
It clears cobwebs. It stirs momentum.
It lifts the stagnant and shifts what’s stuck.
I’m reminded of a ship out at sea — motionless without the wind.
But when the breeze picks up and catches the sails, you are moved. Guided. Propelled toward your next destination.
Wind can be gentle. Cooling. A soft kiss on a summer’s day, but it can also be fierce. A tornado, a storm, a hurricane, and when it rips through your life like that, it’s easy to panic. Easy to fear the chaos, the destruction.
But let this be your reminder:
When life strips away what no longer serves, it’s clearing space to rebuild.
There’s a saying I love:

But here’s the addition I’ve been given:
If you don’t move — if you ignore the nudges — the storm will come. Not to punish you. But to liberate you. To reroute you onto your soul’s path. So today, let the element of air speak to your soul. Let it blow through you, around you, with you.
Be the bluebird, soaring with trust.
Be the kite, dancing freely with the wind.
Be the sail, ready to catch the breath of spirit and shift into alignment.

This morning I had a conversation with the beautiful Holistic Holly of @the.holly.grove — and like all good soul chats, it opened a portal.
She reminded me of something her guides shared in a contact session we once sat in together:
✨ “We must share what we channel. These messages aren’t just for us — they’re for the world.” ✨
And so I listened. I trusted. I followed the thread.
I went back through old voice notes and found one titled:
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞.
(From October 2023 — yet perfect for June 2025.)
The Three — a collective of Pleiadian, Arcturian, and Lyran consciousness — came through with a message that is so clearly for right now.
A message of love.
A message of sound.
A message of awakening.
🌀 This is a war of frequency.
🌀 We win with love.
🌀 We must use our voices.
And so I’m sharing parts of their message with you today — not for the ego, not for the algorithm, but because these words want to live in the world.
Because love needs to ripple.
Because maybe, like me, you’ve been holding back.
Let this be your permission slip:
To sing. To speak. To create. To share what you receive.
✨ You never know who it’s meant for. ✨
✨ You never know how much it might shift them. ✨

Because this is my remembering.
