Daily Social Shares: 3rd June 2025 - Why I’m a Sacred Space Holder + Role of Elements in Shamanic Practice + Creative Muse Oracle Pull

@Freedom_Is_Rising

I always get a little tangled when I try to define “values. But I know what I stand for. I know what I bring when I sit with someone in their truth.

To me, being a mentor, coach, and sacred space holder means showing up with my whole heart. It means love. It means reverence. It means holding someone through the messiness of being human.

I’ve walked through the dark. Truly. I’ve known depression. Anxiety. I’ve taken medication. Been signed off work. Felt the hopelessness, the spiral, the silence.

And I’ve done the inner work — the shadow work — over and over. Not to “fix” myself. But to remember who I am. Because this work isn’t about being finished.

It’s about being willing. Willing to meet yourself, again and again. That’s what allows me to hold space for others. Not because I have all the answers. But because I’ve sat in that same space — and didn’t look away.

When I work with someone, I don’t see brokenness. I see brilliance hidden in the dark. And if they can’t love themselves yet — that’s okay. I can hold the love for them in the meantime. I can hold the light until they remember how to hold it for themselves.

That, to me, is the role of the space holder.
Not to heal, not to rescue, not to lead.
But to witness.
To mirror.
To hold love, gently, until it rises again inside them.

That is what I value.

That is who I am.

🔥🌿💧🌬 The Role of the Elements in My Shamanic Practice

In my work as a shamanic practitioner, the elements — earth, air, fire, and water — are not just symbolic.

They are alive.
They are beings.
They are teachers, mirrors, messengers, and healers.

Before every session, I build a simple altar to honour them.
A candle for fire
A shell or glass for water
A feather for air
A pinecone or stone for earth

These offerings are more than ritual — they are relationship.
They remind me that I do not work alone.
I work with the forces of nature.

Sometimes I place a glass of water on the altar with the intention that it collects pieces of my client’s soul essence or power, calling it home.
At the end of the session, the client may drink it — a tangible, sacred act of re-integration.
A way for the body to understand what the spirit already knows:
“You are whole. You have returned.”

Each element speaks to me differently.

🌬 Air is my ally. With all three of my big placements in air signs, I feel Her in the wind — clearing, shifting, dancing with me.
Sometimes I open my arms, close my eyes, and let the breeze move through me like a cleansing breath for the soul.
Like Olaf’s Gale in Frozen 2, I feel her playful presence.

🔥 Fire is my transformer. It is the creative spark, the fierce initiator, the Phoenix of Freedom Rising. It burns away illusion and births new truth.

🌿 Earth grounds me. She holds me steady, speaks through my houseplants, and calls me outside when I resist. Even when I’ve pushed her away, she keeps whispering, “Come back, I’ll make you whole again.”

💧 Water is feeling, fluidity, memory. She stores and returns what has been lost. She soothes and carries and dissolves.

So yes — the elements are the practice. They are not tools I use. They are forces I partner with. They are presence, alive and loving, always ready to support the healing that wants to happen. This is the way I work.

Not with hierarchy. But with reverence. This is the way of the Earth.

The way of the hollow bone.

The way of remembering.

Card Pull from the Creative Muse Oracle Card 22 – MUSE

Of course it would be Muse. Of all the cards in the Creative Muse Oracle, this is the one that chose to speak today — and there’s no surprise in that.

This card carries the memory of ancient ways.
It speaks of sacred traditions and divine remembrance.
Of fires lit under starry skies, of women gathering, of rituals performed not for show but from deep soul knowing.

Muse reminds us of the paths we’ve walked before — long before this life. Back when we honoured the divine feminine not as a concept, but as a truth. Back when transformation was ritualised, witnessed, and held in sacred space.

It’s a call to reconnect with the ways of enlightenment — the times when our energy bodies were lighter, when we were deeply attuned to the messages that flowed from Earth, sky, stars, and spirit. When we could feel and see and sense with our whole being.

Muse calls us to listen again.
To hear the whisper of our soul.
To remember the language of our ancestors, our bodies, our clear senses.

She is the bridge — between the past and the now.
Between ancient wisdom and creative expression.
Between your sacred self and your wild, intuitive, knowing soul.

So today, the Muse asks:

🤍Where is your heart calling you home?

🤍What sacred wisdom is waiting for you to remember?

Let this be your invitation to pause, soften, and listen.
