The Sacred Honour of Witnessing Transformation ❤️‍🔥

There’s something incredibly sacred about walking alongside someone as they reclaim their voice, their power, their body, and their truth.

It’s not always sparkly. It’s not always easy.

Sometimes it’s soul-cracking. Earth-shattering.

Sometimes it looks like the complete unraveling of everything they once believed was true.

I’ve had the honour of holding space for a woman who, when we first began our sessions together, was deeply enmeshed in a life that looked “fine” on the surface — marriage, child, routine — but beneath it all, her soul was whispering: There’s more.

Through our time together, she began peeling back the layers.

Noticing the ways she’d been silenced.

Recognising the patterns from childhood that had conditioned her to accept far less than she deserved.

Realising, bit by bit, that the voice in her head that said “you’re not enough” was never hers to begin with.

And though her healing has cracked her wide open, though her journey has taken her through deep valleys of grief, what I see now is a woman rising.

A mother anchoring into truth.

A soul remembering her worth.

A fire being rekindled in the ashes of old identities.

This is the work.

Not to fix. Not to save. But to hold.

To reflect. To remind. To witness.

I see it in her eyes.

I feel it in her resilience.

I hear it in her words, even when they tremble.

And if you’re reading this and you know that something within you is stirring — something that whispers “there’s more” — know that this space is here for you too.

You don’t have to do it alone.

You don’t have to know the how.

You just have to answer the call.

Earth Wisdom: A Message from Nature 💚

As I sit here and tune into this guidance and message, a song called Awakening by Mulvey comes on. Birds are tweeting, and beautiful harmonies gently flow in the background. I can feel Mother Nature coming closer to me.

Despite it being a grey and rainy day outside (as I’m creating this), I am sat inside, surrounded by my houseplants that are flourishing in the June sunshine, sprouting new shoots. My spider plant is having its first spiderette baby. My monstera is birthing new, gigantic leaves that are so soft and almost translucent when they first come out of their shoot and begin to unfold.

Over time, they become dark, thick, and solid — and that feels so much like our journey through the concept of time. As we age, grow, change, and evolve, we too become tougher, more resilient, more able to hold what life brings.

We go through the winters of our life — the letting go of autumn, the stillness and the void of winter — and just like nature, we cycle. Again and again.

To me, the one thing that nature will always bring me back to is cycles.

It helps me lean into each stage of my journey — whether that’s my energy cycling throughout a single day, from joy to frustration, to sadness, to rest, and back to joy again…

Whether it’s my cycle within a month, as a woman…

Or whether it’s the greater cycle of life, love, loss, death, and rebirth.

So today, the message from nature is this:

Take time on those grey days.

Take time on the days when everything feels a little heavy.

Feel into your heart.

Feel into the essence of the cycles of nature.

And know, deep in your bones, that better days are coming.

Creator/Creatrix — Remembering the Source Within

I’ve been having the most beautiful conversations recently — deep, rich, soul-expanding conversations — especially with my gorgeous friend Rosie from @rosegardens_wildcreations_

And one theme that’s been weaving its way through those chats again and again is this…

Why do we so often ask for permission from the universe...

When the universe itself was created?

What would happen if we went straight to the source — to The Creator and The Creatrix?

The divine origin point. The breath before the galaxies.

The sacred union that birthed all that is.

There’s something about that thought that clicked deeply for me.

A remembering.

This energy — this life-giving, soul-birthing, creation-weaving force — isn’t just something we pray to.

It’s something we carry within.

It’s not just above us or beyond us.

It is us.

It moves through us.

It’s in our bones. In our breath. In our becoming.

We are the children of the Creator and the Creatrix — yes.

But we are also the living sparks of them.

You hold the same spark that made the stars.

The same sacred code that sang light into form.

The same divine union that dreamed this world into being.

And maybe — just maybe — you don’t need to ask permission from anything or anyone outside of yourself.

Because the permission was already granted…

When your soul chose to come here.

You are the embodiment of creation.

You are the Creatrix.

You are the Creator.

And when you root back into that knowing…

Everything changes.
