New Moon Movement & Sound Bath: A Night of Embodied Intention

Join us under the veil of the New Moon — a sacred time for stillness, intention, and inner alignment.
This evening is a collaborative offering from Jenny of Freedom Rising and Gabi of Purple Dragon Therapies—a space to connect deeply with your body, release through movement, and recalibrate your nervous system through sound.
We gather not to perform, but to remember… the wisdom of our bodies, the voice of our soul, and the guidance found in deep stillness.
🌑 Why the New Moon?
The New Moon is a powerful time of beginnings, visioning, and quiet alchemy. It’s the dark pause in the lunar cycle, offering a moment to:
Gently shed old energies without force
Reconnect to the still, inner self
Plant new seeds of intention and embodiment
Access inner vision through movement and sound
Create space for the unseen to rise into awareness
There is something uniquely powerful about moving and resting in the dark — it's where truth can be felt and heard.
🌀 What the Evening Holds:
We’ll begin with a slow arrival from 7:00 PM, offering space to settle, breathe, and land.
The session will start with a guided warm-up to awaken the body gently, and then we’ll flow into a free-form conscious movement practice — with music rising and falling intuitively. No choreography, no pressure, just a chance to let your body lead and emotions move through you.
After dance, you’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and receive a deeply immersive sound bath, lovingly held by Gabi. This will support emotional integration, nervous system repair, and energetic reset.
We’ll close with tea and gentle grounding time before heading back into the world.

Eeeekkk…. I’m SOOOO excited to announce this second collaboration with one of my magical soul sisters Gabi from Purple Dragon Therapies by Gabi.
I have always felt the call to music, dance and movement and I’ve loved attending ecstatic dances over the years myself. The issue I’ve found is that there wasn’t ever anything locally to me…. So here we go! If you want something or see a gap in your local market, create it yourself right?
I also knew that to top the evening off I needed someone to bring the magic and healing of a soundbath and I couldn’t think of anyone else I would want to collaborate with. Gabi’s sound bath’s are quite literally out of this world
